Every project we take on — a mobile app, a SaaS platform, or a full digital rebuild — moves through the same six phases. The specifics flex to fit the project, but the structure stays the same, because it's how we make sure nothing gets built on assumptions nobody checked.
1. Discovery & Scoping
Before any design or development begins, we spend time understanding what you actually need — which isn't always the same as what's in the initial request. This phase involves structured conversations about goals, constraints, users and what "success" looks like in practical terms, plus an honest technical feasibility review. You get a clear, written scope both teams agree to before any development budget is spent.
2. Design & Architecture
With scope agreed, our designers and engineers work in parallel: UI/UX design maps out how users will actually experience the product, while our architects plan the technical foundation — database structure, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and how the system will scale. You get clickable prototypes and a technical architecture your team can review before a single line of production code is written.
3. Development
Development happens in structured, iterative cycles rather than one long invisible stretch. You get regular check-ins and working builds to review as the product takes shape, with code review built into the workflow rather than treated as a final gate.
4. Testing & QA
Every build goes through dedicated quality assurance before it's considered ready — functional testing, cross-device and cross-browser testing where relevant, performance testing under realistic load, and security review appropriate to the type of system being built.
5. Launch
Launch is planned as its own phase, not treated as the automatic end of development. That means a deployment plan, a rollback plan in case something needs to be reversed quickly, and monitoring in place from the moment the product goes live.
6. Ongoing Support
Real usage surfaces things that even good testing doesn't catch. Our involvement continues past launch with monitoring, bug fixes and incremental improvements, so the software keeps working as your business changes. Launch is a milestone in our process, not the finish line.
